Melbourne Health Care Services (MHCS) is a registered disability services provider. We offer range of personalised support services to people with disabilities and their families. Our focus is to help individuals to reach their goals so that they can live independently.

Our mission is to empower people with disability so they can live the life they want. At Melbourne Health Care Services, we understand that each participant we work with is different. Our support services are flexible and designed around each participant’s needs and goals. We work with you to get the most out of your NDIS plan, in a way that works best for you.
